Tesla raised Cybertruck AWD and Premium AWD by $5,000 each ($74,990 and $84,990); Cyberbeast is unchanged. Dodge's Charger Daytona lineup rose $12,500 across all four trims as part of the 2027 model year's switch from CCS to NACS charging. Electrek ↗

Rivian officially renamed its 2027 R1S and R1T trims and opened orders: Dual is now Premium, Tri is now Performance, Quad stays Quad. R1T Premium Long Range rose $2,000 to $86,990; every other trim held its price, including R1T Performance at $100,990. Two range figures that had been crossed between the R1S and R1T are corrected — Performance is 371 miles on both, Quad is 374 miles on both. Rivian ↗
Added the Kia EV3, a new nameplate starting at $29,890 with 221-321 miles of range depending on trim and drivetrain. Hyundai's 2027 Ioniq 5 refresh raised five trims by $150-450 each. Kia ↗
Polestar can no longer sell new cars in the US after this model year — the Commerce Department denied its Connected Vehicle Rule authorization for MY2027 — so all six Polestar rows are now marked dealer-stock while existing inventory sells through. The Volvo EX30 is discontinued in the US with dealer stock expected to last through the end of the year, and the Kia Niro EV is in its final model year on the same remaining-inventory basis. Price changes this week: Cadillac Lyriq up $200 across all four trims for MY2027. Lexus ES 2027 refresh raises all four trims about $1,500. Porsche Taycan RWD jumps to $111,900 as the larger 105 kWh battery becomes standard (other Taycan trims are still at MY2026 pricing). Audi Q4 e-tron up $800 on both trims. Lucid Gravity Grand Touring rises to $98,900 for MY2027. Corrected pricing on the Cadillac Lyriq-V, GMC Hummer EV Pickup/SUV 2X, GMC Sierra EV Elevation/Denali/AT4, Kia EV9 GT-Line, Lucid Air Touring, Polestar 4 Long Range Dual Motor ($62,900), and BMW i4 xDrive40 ($62,300). Trim-coverage and pricing audit. All prices are now normalized to base MSRP excluding destination — a handful of rows were storing destination-inclusive figures and read high (Hyundai Ioniq 5 SEL AWD, Mercedes-Benz EQS 450+ and 580 4MATIC). Fixed two rows where an all-wheel-drive trim was priced below its rear-drive sibling (Volvo EX40, Audi A6 Sportback e-tron), corrected stale pricing on the Mercedes-Benz EQE sedan (renamed 320-series, roughly $10k below the old 350-series figures), the VinFast VF 8 and VF 9, and the Genesis GV60. Relabeled the Ioniq 5 "Limited AWD" row, which was carrying the Limited RWD price, and the Audi Q6 e-tron "quattro" row, since quattro is now standard across the line. Edmunds ↗

Vehicles you can no longer simply order now carry a status badge instead of sitting alongside orderable cars: the Lotus Eletre is marked withdrawn after Lotus pulled it from the US over 150% tariffs on Chinese-built EVs (its trim was also misnamed — the final US car was the Eletre Carbon, not R), and the Ford F-150 Lightning and Volkswagen ID.4 are marked dealer-stock-only. Removed the 2027 VW ID.Buzz rows, whose prices were never published by VW, the Ioniq 6 N, which is not yet on sale and has no announced US price, and the Volvo EX30 Cross Country, which was listed at the base trim's price with no reliable figure available. GM pricing corrections. The Chevrolet Silverado EV, Equinox EV and Cadillac Lyriq each had rows storing base price plus destination as a single total, several at fees GM has since raised — the Silverado EV's destination charge went from $2,095 to $2,595 last December, the Equinox EV's from $1,395 to $1,800, and the Lyriq's from $1,495 to $1,795. Those rows now hold ex-destination base MSRP like the rest of the fleet. The Silverado EV Work Truck's range is corrected to 286 miles, and the Lyriq's output to 365 hp rear-drive and 515 hp all-wheel-drive. Blazer EV pricing was already correct. Quiet week: no confirmed price, spec, or trim changes across the tracked fleet. Hyundai's Ioniq 5 N gained a native NACS (Tesla Supercharger) port as standard hardware alongside its recent price cut. Watching two open items for next week: Polestar's $23–25k Clean Vehicle Incentive is scheduled to expire July 31, and Rivian's R2 "Half Moon Grey" delivery pause (a paint-matching defect) remains unresolved. Audited all 80 manufacturer links and fixed 9: BMW i7 was on a stale URL path, Mercedes-Benz CLA and both Maserati Folgore pages were pointing at full-lineup hubs instead of the electric-specific pages, Lotus Eletre was a filtered inventory-search link instead of a model page, Genesis GV60/Electrified GV70 had dropped .html suffixes, Audi's RS e-tron GT was duplicating the S trim's URL, and Cadillac CELESTIQ now uses its canonical path.

July 15, 2026

Tesla Model Y L added — the new long-wheelbase, six-seat Model Y went on sale July 2 as an L Launch Series trim at $61,990 (325 mi est. range, 4.4s 0-60). Official EPA MPGe and horsepower figures haven't been published yet, so those show as N/A for now. Electrek ↗

Polestar is running a temporary Clean Vehicle Incentive cash allowance (July 1–31, 2026) on remaining US inventory ahead of its 2027 sales ban — up to $23,000 off Polestar 3 and $25,000 off Polestar 4. Polestar 3 got a mid-cycle refresh we hadn't reflected: a new 111-kWh battery and 800V architecture bumped power and added a third trim.
